What is the best way to handle difficult questions after a presentation?
-          Welcome the question.
-          Listen carefully to the question- don’t interrupt.
-          Take time to think before answering.
-          Check you understand the question.
-          Reply positively be brief and clear.
-          Accept criticism positively.
-          After answering, check that questioner is satisfied.
Activity 2: read the video presentation context and write true ( T ) or false ( F ).
